Global Capability Centers in India — built, fixed, or scaled, in full view.
Whether your GCC is struggling, you're launching your first one in India, or you're building your own engineering arm — Ensylon builds and runs multi-functional teams across engineering, data, AI and operations, then hands you full ownership. Not a staffing vendor. Not outsourcing. A capability you control, with complete visibility into how it runs.
Companies come to us from one of four starting points:
Your GCC isn't delivering what was promised.
Attrition, fragile processes, outdated tools, little innovation — and, most damaging of all, eroding trust and transparency between HQ and the center.
You're ready for India and need a partner to scale.
Entity, real estate, hiring and compliance handled for you — without consuming your leadership team.
You need efficiency and predictability — with control.
India economics, a predictable engineering cost base, and board-ready visibility — without handing operations to a black-box vendor.
You want your own engineering arm in India.
A team you hire to your bar and bring fully in-house when you're ready — not a vendor's bench.
Technology and operations capacity is the new growth lever.
For software-centric businesses in insurance, financial services, healthcare, data and manufacturing, specialist capacity now defines competitive position — platforms, data intelligence, AI, cloud, security, and the operational discipline to run them. The question is no longer whether to add that capacity. It's how to add it fast enough, with the right talent, without diverting the executive team from product and market.
A dedicated India capability centre is the shortest route — not an outsourcing arrangement, but a long-term asset the business owns. While product engineering is the core, our GCCs are built to run multi-functional teams: engineering, data and AI, QA, DevOps, product operations, and the back-office capability that supports them. India brings a deep specialist pool, a mature GCC ecosystem, and operational scalability that no local market can match at the same price.
A GCC you can see into, rely on, and own.
Most GCCs don't fail on cost. They fail on trust — talent walks, processes depend on heroes, tooling lags, innovation stalls, and HQ stops believing the reports. We built our model around the opposite. Your leadership stays on product. You pay for delivery, not for learning.
SOC 2 Type II
What Ensylon owns — so your HQ never has to.
CTO and CXO bandwidth, protected
Leadership stays on product. No six-month India-setup distraction, no vendor-coordination overhead, no diligence trips, no learning curve on Indian labour law. The executive calendar never shows the India build.
Talent acquisition, end to end
Sourcing, screening, hiring, onboarding — across engineering, data, AI, QA and operations roles. Leadership hires through our personal network; mid-level through curated specialist pipelines; junior cohorts through the EnsylonAI Lab.
Multi-functional capability, not just engineers
Product engineering is the core, but your captive runs multi-functional teams from day one — data and AI, QA, DevOps, product operations, and the support functions you need to scale. One centre, built around the capability mix your business actually requires.
Culture embedded from day one
Your mission, vision and values are baked into hiring filters, onboarding and team rituals from week one — not absorbed by osmosis over months. The team behaves like an extension of HQ before the first production commit.
Delivery on your platform during ramp
Ensylon owns delivery accountability during Run, so the centre is productive from day one. Every hire is trained on your tools and codebase before touching live work. Your roadmap velocity is protected throughout.
Full India regulatory ownership
Entity, labour, DPDP, tax, transfer pricing, statutory filings — Ensylon's in-house team owns the stack. The parent never has to acquire India regulatory expertise or carry the risk of a missed filing.
Reset. Build. Run. Own.
One model, four stages, and you enter wherever you are today. Existing GCCs start with Reset. New centers start with Build. Ensylon runs the center with full delivery accountability and full transparency — and the path to ownership is defined from day one, typically 18 to 30 months in, with complete financial visibility on the steady-state cost base. Founders and investors choose when to take it in-house.

Reset — for GCCs that aren't delivering
A structured diagnostic across talent, process, tools, innovation, and trust and governance. Then a stabilization plan: Ensylon co-manages or takes over operations against KPIs agreed with HQ, and restores the reporting and visibility that rebuild confidence. Where the economics support it, we extend or rebalance capacity into India.
Build — 2–3 months
GCC objectives, operating model, capability roadmap, workforce plan, governance framework, investment case. Facility, legal entity, and regulatory setup. The strategic foundation that makes the next 24 months predictable rather than exploratory.
Run — 18–24 months
Infrastructure, talent, and multi-functional delivery operations up and running. Ensylon owns delivery accountability, with delivery, people, financial, and security metrics reviewed with HQ on a fixed cadence. HR, compliance, workforce management, and India regulatory load — all owned end-to-end.
Own — ~6 months, on your timeline
The India entity transfers to you. Teams, infrastructure, IP, and operations hand over outright, and India leadership transitions to operate under your identity. You receive a wholly-owned, fully-compliant center that adds to enterprise value.
Proprietary accelerators, embedded throughout
A proprietary set of Ensylon accelerators runs across every stage — covering governance, talent, HR, workforce management, culture, and AI-first SDLC. They compress the industry's typical 12–18-month captive setup into three months live, and shorten the path from Reset to a performing center.
Wherever you're starting, your GCC behaves like an extension of HQ.
Most GCC setup firms came out of the BPO industry — their playbook is built for transactional operations, not multi-functional capability teams. Ours is built from our own technical and operational delivery in India. Whether we're standing up your GCC or turning one around, we're extending an operating model we already run — not prototyping one on your time and money.
For existing GCCs: a turnaround partner
We diagnose why the center is underperforming, then fix it — talent, process, tools, innovation, and the reporting that rebuilds HQ's confidence. Where it makes sense, we extend or rebalance capacity into India.
For first-time GCCs in India: a partner to scale
You join operations that are already functioning — IT infrastructure, HR systems, compliance frameworks, and senior India leadership in place across Jaipur, Pune, and Mumbai. The ramp curve is measured in months, not years.
For PE- and VC-backed companies: efficiency with control
India economics with the control of a captive. A predictable cost curve, board-ready reporting on spend, velocity and quality, one repeatable playbook across the portfolio — and an owned asset that strengthens enterprise value at exit.
For founders: your own engineering arm
We hire to your bar and embed your culture from week one — no “us versus offshore” mindset. The team runs as an extension of your US team, with a clear path to bring it fully in-house when you're ready.
Full India regulatory ownership
Running an India entity carries a continuous compliance load — Companies Act and MCA filings, GST, direct tax, transfer pricing, labor law, PF/ESI, STPI/SEZ reporting, DPDP data protection, and statutory audits. Ensylon's in-house team owns all of it through Build and Run. At Own, the processes, compliance calendar, vendor relationships, and trained team move with the entity — so you inherit a running, fully-compliant operation, not a new set of obligations.
90 days from signed contract to a live, 35-person GCC. Zero hours of HQ time.
A US-headquartered health tech platform company needed a multi-functional India team — engineering, data and AI — for its next-generation platform. No India presence, no bandwidth to build one, and no appetite for a staffing vendor. Ensylon delivered a captive center under the client's own brand and standards in a quarter of the typical setup time, while the product roadmap kept moving.
