Privacy Policy

Last updated August 31, 2026

This policy explains what Ensylon collects when you visit ensylon.com, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. It covers this website. Where you engage us under a separate services agreement, that contract governs how we handle data you share with us in the course of that work.

Who we are

Ensylon ("we," "us," "our") provides AI enablement and product engineering services. This policy applies to ensylon.com. For any privacy question, email sales@ensylon.com.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you complete a form on the site, such as Start a Conversation or a demo request, we collect what you enter, typically your name, email address, company, and the message itself.

Information collected automatically. We see which pages you view, how you arrived, your approximate location, and your device and browser type. Our host, Framer, provides anonymous, cookie-free traffic analytics for this.

Information from cookies, with your consent. HubSpot, our CRM and marketing platform, sets cookies (__hstc, hubspotutk, __hssc, __hssrc) that let us connect a visit to a contact record and see the pages viewed. These are set only after you accept them.

Cookies and consent

On your first visit we show a consent banner. HubSpot cookies are opt-in, so nothing is set until you accept. Decline and those cookies stay off, and you can still browse the site. Framer's built-in analytics runs either way because it uses no cookies and does not identify you. You can also clear or block cookies through your browser settings at any time.

How we use your information

We use it to respond to your enquiries, follow up on demo and contact requests, understand how the site is used, improve our content and services, and send you material you have asked for. We do not sell your personal information.

How we share it

We share information with the service providers that run parts of our operation, including Framer for hosting and HubSpot for CRM and analytics, each under its own terms. We may share it with professional advisors, or where required by law, and in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We do not share your data for other companies' advertising.

Data retention

We keep contact and enquiry data for as long as we need it to serve you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, including the EU and EEA, the UK, and California, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these, email sales@ensylon.com and we will respond within the timeframe the law requires.

International transfers

We are based in the United States and work with providers located in the United States and elsewhere. Where we move data across borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Data security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Third-party links

Our site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, so please read their policies before sharing information with them.

Children's privacy

Our site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed, and we will post material changes on this page.
