For clients who need sustained engineering or AI capacity in India rather than project-by-project delivery, we offer a Global Capability Center engagement. You get an engineering team in our Jaipur, Pune, or Mumbai operations — running under Ensylon's infrastructure, compliance regime, and operating model — with the option to take ownership of the team and operations once scale is proven. It's a Build-Operate-Transfer model, structured so you're not carrying setup risk on your balance sheet while the capability is being stood up.

Engineering-led, not BPO-led
Most GCC setup firms came out of the BPO industry — their playbook is built for transactional operations, not engineering teams. Ours is built from our own technical delivery in India. When we stand up your GCC, we're extending an operating model we already run, not prototyping one on your time and money.

Transparent path to transfer
The BOT model is the default, not an exception. Commercial terms are transparent throughout the build and operate phases, and the path to transfer is defined from day one — typically 18 to 30 months in, with full financial visibility on the steady-state cost base.
When a GCC makes sense
A GCC is a significant organizational commitment. It makes sense when the capability need is sustained (not a single project), the workload is technical (engineering, data, AI — not purely transactional), the steady-state target is roughly 30 or more FTEs, and there's a named HQ sponsor who will treat the center as strategic capability. Below those thresholds, our Product Engineering or AI Enablement engagements are usually the right answer — and if that's where the conversation lands, we'll tell you.
