About Ensylon

A partner, not a vendor.

We are a product engineering and AI enablement firm. We partner with businesses to design, build, and scale the systems their growth depends on.

We are building a next-generation AIOps platform — and we want the best engineering minds in India to help shape it. This hackathon is an opportunity to work on a real, unsolved problem at scale.

The Challenge

Tame the noise. Find the signal.

Cloud systems generate thousands of signals per hour. When something breaks, engineers waste 20–40 minutes manually correlating alerts to understand a single incident.

Build a prototype that:

— Ingests telemetry from AWS CloudWatch, Grafana alerts, or application logs

— Detects anomalies and correlates signals into a single incident

— Scores severity and drafts a structured ticket for human review

Prizes

Rs. 2,50,000 in cash prizes.

Three winning teams take home cash — and top finishers have the potential opportunity to build the AIOps product with Ensylon.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

Who can participate?

Startup teams and technology professionals are our primary target. Final-year undergraduate and post-graduate students with a strong technical background are also welcome. No solo entries — all participants must be in a team of 2–3.

What is the team size?

Minimum 2 and maximum 3 participants per team. All team members must register together using a single registration form.

What do we submit in Phase 1?

A design document: proposed architecture, technology stack, anomaly detection methodology, and correlation logic. No working code is required. The detailed brief is shared with shortlisted teams on 24 August.

What happens on Hackathon Day?

Finalist teams (5–6) build a working prototype over 24 continuous hours at Ensylon Pune. The event starts at 9:00 AM on 26 September. Presentations and announcements happen on 27 September, 10:00 AM–12:30 PM.

What technology stack should we use?

Any stack is allowed. Your solution should ingest from CloudWatch, Grafana, or application logs. You are encouraged to use LLMs or GenAI for ticket drafting. Only open-source libraries with permissive licences (MIT, Apache 2.0) may be used.

Who owns the work produced?

All intellectual property developed during or for the hackathon — code, designs, architecture documents, and prototypes — is the exclusive property of Ensylon India. Full IP terms are in the registration form and must be agreed to before participation.

Is accommodation provided?

Accommodation is not provided. The Ensylon office cafeteria will be open throughout the 24-hour event. Participants travelling from outside Pune arrange their own accommodation.

Can we see the problem statement before registering?

The high-level challenge is described on this page. The detailed brief — including data source specifications and evaluation criteria — is shared only with shortlisted teams on 24 August 2026.
